The main objective of DDP's local
government programme is to develop the capacity of local government
stakeholders such as the community, the council and officials to engage
with each other effectively.

- Interventions are to be outcomes based, premised on sound research, needs analysis and assessment
- Development of a clear, reliable and verifiable evaluation tools to measure the impact of our intervention or activities at local government
- We document and package all lessons learned, experiences, findings and use them as tools and learning resources for future interventions
