Learn about transformation by experiencing transformation. The key to sustainable diversity interventions are the experience of interconnectedness and awareness of our impact on one another.

About the workshop

The workshop will focus on a process to ensure participants experience transformation in real time. Only part of the intervention is theory and knowledge transfer. The focus will be on allowing the group to do what they need to do to transform individuals.

Feelings are contagious, while notions are not.

The day will be interactive, participative, introspective and fun. Come with an open mind and passion to take a step to make our country the best in the world. Our best export product is PEOPLE and YOU are one of them. A key to a united South Africa is through its PEOPLE and YOU are one of them.
