Leadership and Team-Building
This programme is designed to give the participants a chance to talk, think and learn more about leadership and team building.
There are a number of skills to be acquired from this training including:
- Define leadership and recognize the characteristics of a leader.
- Recognize the types of behavior and the qualities that define a good or a bad leader and apply these to yourself.
- Understand more about the use of power in leadership.
- Critically discuss different types of leadership styles in different cultures and situations.
- Analyse the central values that all good leaders should have and apply these to yourself.
- Analyse the mistakes that leaders make and how to avoid them.
- Understand the role of teams and team leaders.
- Apply some skills for building and leading a team.
