Personal Mastery and Leadership Workshop
28-30 July 2009, Umdloti Conference Centre - Twenty two leaders of civil society organizations in KwaZulu Natal attended this Leadership and Personal Mastery workshop in Durban. The workshop focused on deep questions of value based leadership and what this meant in the current turbulent times both for individuals and organizations.
This experiential workshop focused on sharing the rich experiences of the participants themselves and the need to be constantly working with you in order to lead and empower others. The workshop provided the scope for leaders to reflect on their own practice and to start the journey to shift into a transformational space that will allow them to nurture themselves as leaders and to build learning organisations.
The workshop was facilitated by Rama Naidu and Anita Simon who share a common passion for cultivating leadership.
