Mission, Vision, Strategy and Values
KZN Community Radio Stations (CRS) Teambuilding and Planning workshop
1-3 October 2010, Umdloti Conference Centre - The objective of the workshop was to allow space for members of the media community to get to know each other so that they can work collaboratively and agree on common principles and values on the journey ahead. Each radio station sent two representatives to the workshop. These participants would represent the station at future meetings so that continuity is maintained.
Participants came up with practical steps and activities around;
1. Structures and communication
2. Programme content and, listenership and impact
3. Finances, sustainability and marketing
