Mission, Vision, Strategy and Values

This review process brought together DDP management and Speakers from the Umkhanyakude District. Local Municipalities represented were: Jozini, Mtubatuba, Big 5, Umhlabuyalingana, Hlabisa and a representative of a speaker from the District.
The meeting focused at how the speakers viewed
- PIT intervention so far;
- what difference, if any, has it made in the piloted areas;
- their view on next years’ processes and partnership with DDP.
A request was made for ongoing support regarding both the PIT as well as the oversight role of the speakers. DDP agreed to facilitate and collaborate on the proposed strategic planning workshop to be held before the end of the year.
